MODULMED is specialized since 20 years in the design, the engineering and the production of modular medical and surgical mobile clinics and military mobile field hospitals in ISO 20 feet expandable containers. The MODULMED system includes a conceptual approach supported by an original know-how and a worldwide patented technology. MODULMED's military mobile field hospitals have been developed in close collaboration with the medical and technical services of several Ministries of Defense. Each MODULMED mobile unit is self supporting and can be operated independently; the unit are transportable by any military truck and by Hercules C 130 plane. Thanks to a worldwide patented technology, the medical container double or triple its internal workable volume in few minutes. Moreover, all the medical furniture and equipment are permanently fixed on the container's panels, thus, once on site, the unit is ready to be operated. Several NATO, Middle East and worldwide Armies have adopted MODULMED field hospitals.
